Eleanor Vincent

[Disconnected: Portrait of a Neurodiverse Marriage]

“Eleanor Vincent paints a searing portrait of a highly challenging relationship. I read this in one gulp. Wow. This is an important book.” — Julia Scheeres, NYT bestselling author of the memoir Jesus Land

Eleanor Vincent’s memoir Disconnected: Portrait of a Neurodiverse Marriage (Vine Leaves Press, 2024) tells the story of her discovery that her husband was on the autism spectrum, and of how she tried to save a challenging high-conflict marriage. Her previous memoir, Swimming with Maya: A Mother’s Story (Dream of Things, 2013) has twice been on the New York Times bestseller list. Her essays have appeared in anthologies by Creative Nonfiction and This I Believe, the literary magazines 580 Split and Dorothy Parker’s Ashes, as well as shorter pieces in the San Francisco Chronicle, the Sacramento Bee, and Generations Today.

Chiwan Choi

[Sky Songs]

“This is poetry as preservation, as an unrelinquished archive of ghosts, but mostly, it arrives, to our luck, as a testament of a self earned and re-earned, like how yellowness, caught in its own dizzying light, turns itself golden.” - Ocean Vuong

Chiwan Choi is the author of five books of poetry: The Flood, the Daughter Trilogy—Abductions, The Yellow House, my name is wolf—and Sky Songs. He also wrote, presented & destroyed the novel Ghostmaker throughout the course of 2015. Chiwan is also a partner at the non-profit literary lab Writ Large Projects.

Terry Tierney

[Why Trees Stay Outside]

“Through evocative imagery and multifaceted voices, Terry Tierney’s new poetry collection, Why Trees Stay Outside, delves into the complex relationship between humans, nature, and society. With sharp turns of phrase and emotional depth, his poems invite readers to question assumptions and seek redemption amid social and ecological turmoil.“

Terry Tierney is the author of the poetry collection Why Trees Stay Outside, just published by Unsolicited Press on 10/1/24, The Poet’s Garage (Unsolicited Press, 2020) and the novels Lucky Ride (Unsolicited Press, 2021) and The Bridge on Beer River (Unsolicited Press, 2023).
